Terms of Service

On Products

* We aim to ensure that you and your recipient receive the gifts delivered to your recipient will be without any physical defects 

* All our products are arranged with dried or man-made plants

* All products are Hand Made therefore each and every one will NOT be 100% same to the image    

* Due to seasonal availability, the plants / miniature figurines in the product may differ and may be substituted depending on stock availability        

* If the substitution is necessary, UP2U Florist will try the best to ensure that the general look and feel of the arrangement still follow as closely as possible   

* If the product was damaged, kindly contact us within 24 hours upon received, we will exchange a new one for you 

* If glass was broken, please DO NOT remove it from the base. Kindly contact us within 24 hours upon received, we will exchange a new GLASS for you (not the entire flower glass dome) 

* UP2U Florist reserve the rights to deny the claim for damaged product for notice above 24 hours upon received  

* Receiving time base on the status updated by courier companies  

* Gift box is a complimentary and is hand made product, hence we will not exchange for damages such as scratch or crack

On Delivery

* We aim to deliver within the stipulated time indicated by us

* If you or your recipient are unable to take delivery or collection, a call/card/text will be sending to you for re-delivery 

* We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising due to late delivery

* Should there be any unforeseen circumstances where we unable to deliver to some locations, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address. 

* UP2U Florist will not be liable for any damages or bear any additional cost incurred arising directly or indirectly from the late delivery or non-delivery of orders under any of the following circumstances:

  • The recipient was not present at the address when the product was being delivered
  • An incorrect address was provided
  • No such person was at the given address
  • No valid contact number was provided for UP2U Florist to reasonably attempt to contact to recipient to make delivery

Cancellation / Change of Order

* Cancellation of any successful order can only be made before product was dispatched

* If cancellation is accepted, customer will receive a full refund within 14 working days

* No refund or return policy for any delivered product

* Should you required any changes on the order made, you may contact us immediately, strictly on call/whatsapp +6016-223 4539 ONLY, in order for UP2U Florist to amend the changes immediately
