About Flower Glass Dome

* They are all arranged with dried or man-made plants

* All our products are hand made therefore each and every one will not be 100% same to the image  

* Due to seasonal availability, the plants / miniature figurines in the product may differ and may be substituted depending on stock availability

* Flower glass can last around 2-5 years if stored properly, temperature best below 35°C 

* Glass dome is not sealed, hence can remove the glass to clean the dust on surface at any time

* The actual colors may be vary from those shown depending on the different devices used

* A premium gift box will be given together for every purchase of flower glass dome

* If the substitution is necessary, UP2U Florist will try the best to ensure that the general look and feel of the arrangement still follow as closely as possible    

* Picture engrave outcome will not be 100% lookalike as per original image. We can only produce as good as an image to that which you supply. Picture lighting and quality might affect the final outcome. Kindly order base on your own discretion, NO CHANGES or REFUND under any circumstances once order being places.  

* Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's color

* If the product was damaged, kindly contact us within 24 hours upon received, we will exchange a new one for you 

* If glass was broken, please DO NOT remove the protective layer. Kindly contact us within 24 hours upon received, we will exchange a new GLASS DOME for you (not the entire flower glass) 

* UP2U Florist reserve the rights to deny the claim for damaged product for notice above 24 hours upon received  

* Receiving time base on the status updated by courier companies  

* Gift box is a complimentary and is hand made product, hence we will not exchange for damages such as scratch or crack

* No refund or return policy for any cancellation of order
